Komunitas Sant'Egidio (bahasa Italia: Comunità di Sant'Egidio) adalah sebuah asosiasi awam Katolik yang didedikasikan untuk pelayanan sosial, yang didirikan pada 1968 di bawah kepemimpinan Andrea Riccardi. Pada 1973, kelompok tersebut diberi markas di bekas biara Karmelit dan gereja Sant'Egidio di Roma, Italia. Pada 1986, kelompok tersebut meraih pengakuan dari Kuria Roma Takhta Suci sebagai asosiasi orang percaya internasional.
