Undnag-Undang Hak Sipil 1964 (Pub.L. 88-352, 78 Stat. 241, diberlakukan Juli 2, 1964) adalah sebuah hak sipil dan hukum buruh di Amerika Serikat yang mengkriminalisasikan diskriminasi berdasarkan pada ras, warna kulit, agama, jenis kelamin, tempat asal, dan kemudian orirentasi seksual dan identitas gender. UU tersebut melarang penerapan tak setara terhadap persyaratan pendaftaran pemilih, pemisahan rasial di sekolah-sekolah dan akomodasi publik, dan diskriminasi pekerjaa. UU tersebut masih merupakan pencapaian legislatif paling signifikan dalam sejarah Amerika Serikat.
